Stone grey lift and slide sliding doors in traditional property
Stone grey lift and slide sliding doors in traditional property
A traditional house built within a conservation area. Featuring large contemporary aluminium glazing.
Installed by a local installation company and manufactured by Exeter Trade Aluminium at our Exeter factory.
The property features Reynaers CP130 LS aluminium sliding doors, Reynaers SL68 slim frame square windows and Reynaers CW50 curtain walling in the shape of a gable frame.
A triple track, 6 metre wide sliding door leads from the kitchen/dining area out onto the garden. The triple track allows for each of the three panes to open. With the ability to either open the door from the left or the right. Each panel neatly sits behind one another, creating a large opening and minimal sight-lines. The lift and slide mechanism, allows the large panes of glass to be opened effortlessly.
At a 90 degree angle at each end of the sliding door are large windows. Making the homeowners feel like they are sat outside whilst at the dining table. In one of the large windows, sits 4 opening panes. Creating a feature as well as allowing for ventilation.
Two sets of smaller (3 metre wide) duo track sliding doors have been installed around a corner in the living room.
All finished in RAL 7030 stone grey. Full pre-anodised, to protect the frames from the nearby marine environment. With Reynaers Purity handles. Double glazed with soloar control SKN 176 Low E glass. Solar control glass blocks up to 63% of solar heat, by reflecting it to the outside.
