Featuring 10 x CP 130 lift and slide sliding doors, CS 77 aluminium windows, shaped frames and single entrance doors, manufactured by Exeter Trade Aluminium and installed by a local installation company.

The sliding doors allow for easy access onto the terraces, opening up the living space to the outside and capturing the views whatever the weather, as well as helping to fill the property with natural light.

Due to the coastal location of the property, the aluminium frames are finished with a pre-anodised paint finish in RAL 9007 – grey aluminium, which protects the frames from the harsh marine environment. A pre-anodised finish is recommended for any installations within a mile of a marine environment.
