A stunning location with views looking over Kingsbridge Estuary.

When building this new build on a re-development site, the owners unsurprisingly wanted to make the most of the stunning setting, maximising the view from within the house.

Looking for contemporary glazing to match the style of the house, the owners choose aluminium and opted for large sliding doors, casement windows and panel doors. Due to the house location, marine specification thermally broken aluminium was chosen. In a RAL 7016 anthractite grey finish. Manufactured by Exeter Trade Aluminium, installed by a local installation company.
