Doors manufactured by Exeter Trade Aluminium help Salcombe property to win ‘Best Individual New Home’ at LABC building excellence awards
The property features 10 x aluminium lift and slide doors manufactured by Exeter Trade Aluminium in our Exeter factory. Along with aluminium windows and entrance doors.
A stunning property which enjoys views across the bay towards Salcombe. The sliding doors allow for easy access onto the terraces, opening up the living space to the outside and capturing the views whatever the weather, as well as helping to fill the property with natural light.
The property initially won the South West’s regional award, then later went on to win the national award.

Due to the coastal location of the property, the aluminium frames are finished with a pre-anodised paint finish in RAL 9007 – grey aluminium, which protects the frames from the harsh marine environment. A pre-anodised finish is recommended for any installations within a mile of a marine environment.
